Qualcomm
Installation is free. Rental is $30.00 per month. Insurance is $10.00 per month.

Plates and Permits
The Company purchases the plates and permits and the Owner-Operator reimburses the Company during the year at the rate of $44.00 per week up to the cost of the plates and permits. If you run a sufficient number of miles in the calendar year, you will qualify for a re-license bonus from the Company which will pay for your plates and permits for the subsequent year. The Owner-Operator must be leased to the Company in the subsequent year to receive the re-license bonus.

Here is how to calculate the re-licensing bonus. The Owner will receive a $.06 per mile credit for all authorized delivered miles over 90,000 up to that number of miles multiplied by $.06 which will cover but not exceed the full cost of the license and permits. Plate and permit costs for Owner-Operators joining the Company after the 1st of the year are prorated during the year as is the mileage requirement for the re-licensing bonus. This gives the Owner-Operator the same opportunity to secure part or all of the re-licensing bonus no matter when the Owner-Operator begins the lease with the Company during the year.

Performance Escrow
$500.00 ($100 at the time Owner-Operator signs the Owner-Operator agreement. Balance in weekly installments of $50.00 until fully funded.)

Compensation Package #2

$0.94 – All Authorized Loaded and Empty Miles when the trip totals 1 – 500 miles.*
$0.91 – All Authorized Loaded and Empty Miles when the trip totals 501 - 1200 miles.*
$0.89 – All Authorized Loaded and Empty Miles when the trip totals 1201 and above.*

Plates and Permits
The Company provides at its cost plates and permits for Owner-Operators for the full or remaining portion of the first calendar year of the lease. At end of each calendar year, Crete Carrier will provide plates and permits for subsequent year, if the Owner-Operator is leased to the Company and if the Owner-Operator ran productive miles the previous year. In computing productive miles for payment with respect to the plates and permits, the Owner-Operator will receive a $.06 per mile credit for all authorized delivered miles over 90,000 practical route miles up to that number of miles multiplied by $.06 which will cover, but not exceed, the full cost of the license and permits. Plates and permit costs for Owner-Operators joining the Company after the 1st of the year are prorated during the year as is the re-licensing.

Stop Off and Unloading Pay
In the National Fleet, stop off pay is $60.00 per stop not including origin and final destination. Unloading pay varies based on weight, stops and pieces. Dedicated and private fleets may have different stop, drop and unloading fee amounts.

* Mileage compensation is computed by using Rand McNally Practical Route miles which more closely matches the actual miles you drive rather than short route miles which is what many other companies use in computing their miles.
